At least 5 years experience as Chef, Catering Manager or equivalent
-
Diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred
-
Knowledge of FOODSAFE, workplace hazardous materials and first aid
-
Has basic knowledge of accounting and budget calculations
-
Has good leadership skills, analytical skills
-
Has good communication skills in English; knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
