Job Description:

Responsibilities include working closely and assisting the Assistant Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef in the preparation of all desserts, a la carte menus in the Café restaurant, other outlets, banquet events and any specialty desserts for promotional activities, and seasonal specials. He/She also performs other duties related to the production in the Pastry shop.

Job Requirements:

• Min 5 years relevant experience in a similar environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibits strong leadership skills with strong supervisory skills and the ability to work with a team of associates
• Certified in Food Handling and HACCP
• Certified in Basic First Aid, CPR and Heimlich Manoevres
