Checking in/out
The hotel's check-in time is at 3pm and check-out is at 12 noon unless otherwise requested. Earlier check-ins or extended check-outs must be requested and are subject to availability and may be charged.

Please note that Singapore law limits the locations where smoking is permitted. In line with this legislation the hotel has introduced a no-smoking policy within its public areas, rooms and suites. Smoking is permitted only in limited public areas and in non-public areas such as on the balconies of certain guest rooms where an ashtray is provided for guests’ convenience.
